Vodka Glass Bottle Production Process
Mixing raw materials and cullet
The main raw materials used to produce vodka glass bottle are sand, soda ash, limestone. We mix the raw materials and combine with premium cullet. Batching raw materials and transferring into the melting furnace.
Melting mixture into liquid
Batched materials will be turned into molten liquid vodka glass bottle when the melting furnace reaching up to 1600 Degree ℃. Applying auto-system to control melting, maxizing fuel efficiency, saving energy consumption.
Cutting to feed molding machine
Once the melting liquid glass is cooled to unifomed temperature, the shear panels cut the melton glass into gobs. Automatically the gobs drop into refiners, then split out the gobs into forming mold machine.
Forming shapes and molding
The melton gobs are diverted into forming machine. Press-blow or blow-blow methods is introduced. The pre-formed bottle flip out from the mold into final mold to create desired glass containers.
Annealing
After the formed glass bottles released from the mold machine, they are reheated slow on the lehr, and gradually cooled. This process is annealing which will reduce the glass stress, avoiding shatter and break.
Inspection
Strict inspection will keep high-end glass bottles. Manual and automatic inspection are applied, eliminating defective glass containers. Rejected glass bottles will be back to re-melted and the process begins again.
Packaging
Once the vodka glass bottle passed the quality inspection, they will be well-packaged in warehouse. Those stocked glass bottles will be ready for customized surface decoration as requirements or shipment to customers directly.
Material of Vodka Glass Bottle
