Q: What about the lead time?
A: For new products, the lead time for sample is 20~25 working days, for batch it is ~30 working days after your deposit. It depends on the quantity.
Q: Can we get your free samples?
A: For new products, we would like to charge the sample cost, which will be deducted once the order is confirmed.
